These frame connectors are somewhat different than our Bolt-On Frame Connectors for other cars. 1982-92 Camaros and Firebirds have a unitized body/frame combination that basically consists of spot-welded sheetmetal panels. When higher than stock levels of horsepower are applied to this design, it tends to flex and bend and crack.
