SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

GO FAST PARTS.com will ship via "Best Method" available using either Federal Express, UPS or US Postal Service ground service on all NON-TRUCK FREIGHT orders shipped within the continental United States. All orders outside the continental United States are shipped via USPS. This requires an International Handling Charge of $25.00 which will be added to your order. To give you superior order fill and fastest delivery, GO FAST PARTS.com ships direct to you from over 65 Distribution Centers located strategically across the United States (not just 1 or 2 like our competition.) This allows us to ship the part from the closest distribution facility to you usually in 1 or 2 ship days (Allow 1 day for the order to be processed and shipped.) While GO FAST PARTS.com strives to ship all of your order in one box, you may receive multiple boxes or shipments on an order. This is due to the fact that GO FAST PARTS.com strives for 100% order fill, if the part (or one of the parts) on your order is not available in your local distribution center GO FAST PARTS.com searches its vast network of distribution centers and ships the part from the next closest distribution center at no extra cost to you. While GO FAST PARTS.com strives to ship every part the same day it is ordered, the locations of our many distribution centers in various time zones may not allow same day shipping. IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR PART TO ARRIVE BY A SPECIFIC DAY OR TIME BE SURE TO ASK YOUR GO FAST PARTS.com SALES AGENT about our special discounted FedEx/UPS/USPS services like: 1 Business Day, 2 Business Day, 3 Business Day or Saturday delivery. To save you money GO FAST PARTS.com has negotiated special low rates available only to our customers. Ship times are TRANSIT TIME ONLY, this does NOT include time required to process the order and ship it. Ship time is calculated in WEEKDAYS only. Saturday and Sunday are NOT ship time days. Saturday can be included in the ship time if SATURDAY DELIVERY is specified and an Additional charge is paid. ALL GUARANTEED SHIPMENT TIMES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER. GO FAST PARTS.com HAS NO CONTROL ON THE SHIPMENT ONCE WE SHIP THE PRODUCT, however we will do everything possible to help you get your parts on time.
Hazardous Material Shipping
Hazardous Materials, such as NOS, parts cleaners and gas charged shocks, carry an additional charge of $19.99 for shipping. Certain items, such as nitrous oxide bottles, can only be shipped by ground.
Parts too large or too heavy for FedEx/UPS shipment (over 150 pounds or large items like car hoods) will be shipped by truck freight. The cost of the truck freight will be added to your invoice. There can be additional charges for lift gate and/or residential delivery, ask your GO FAST PARTS.com Sales Agent for details.
International Shipment Freight (Orders outside the continental United States)
Lowest cost FREIGHT will be ADDED to your order at time of shipment.
A handling charge of $35 for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and International orders will be added to each non-domestic order.
Credit Cards-Phone in orders
GO FAST PARTS.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards. For your protection, GO FAST PARTS.com security verifies all orders prior to shipping. The billing address of the sales order MUST be the same as the billing address of your credit card statement. If our sophisticated software does not get an exact match it may delay your order as we will have to call and manually verify your correct address.
Credit Cards - Fax or mail in orders
If you use the order form located on page .... , please be sure to include the complete card number, expiration date and the name of the bank the card was issued from. Also include your full name (as shown on the card), complete "billing" and "ship to" addresses as well as a daytime phone number so we can contact you if any problems arise. Checks and money orders

Make checks payable to GMG, Inc.. Sorry, but we cannot accept two party checks, Checks for over the amount of purchase or checks drawn on banks outside the United States. Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments
In order to provide you with the lowest possible prices, GO FAST PARTS.com does not ship any orders COD, due to the high cost charged by the shipping companies for COD services. If a credit card is not available, an alternative is to mail GO FAST PARTS.com a check. Be sure to address you order to GMG, 978 N Rainbow Blvd, Ste 1549, Las Vegas, NV 89107. BACK ORDER POLICY
We try our best, shipping 99.9% of orders taken, but sometimes back orders happen. We will do everything possible to get your part to you as soon as possible. However, if the part is not available, we will make every attempt to find you an acceptable replacement part, or if you would rather wait for the original part, we will keep your order open for up to 60 days. In the event the manufacturer cannot provide the back ordered part within 60 days your GO FAST PARTS.com sales agent will contact you to cancel the order. At that time your GO FAST PARTS.com Sales Agent can assist you in re-ordering the part or locating an acceptable substitute.
We want you to be pleased with your order, but if you need to return parts to us, please help us by following these basic guidelines.
1. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE NEW, UNUSED PARTS STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE. These must be in "re-saleable" condition and must have been "in-stock" items. Sorry, but there are NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER PARTS, installed parts or mounted wheels. Please verify offset and fit on your vehicle before mounting tires on wheels.
2. Returns MUST be processed within 60 days of the shipping date on your original order.
3. To make a return, call the GO FAST PARTS.com Customer Service Department to request a "RGA" (Return Goods Authorization) form. NO credit or refund will be given for returns which do not have an RGA number.
4. All returns are to be shipped to us via either UPS ground service, FedEx ground service or the US Postal System parcel post.
5. Upon inspection, credit will be issued for the parts only, There are no refunds on shipping or handling charges. There may be a return handling charge if the error is not due to GO FAST PARTS.com or its shippers.
Some parts carry a manufacturers warranty. If you have questions regarding this, please contact the GO FAST PARTS.com Customer Service Department. We can assist you in reaching the manufacturer.
Please inspect your parts immediately upon delivery. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier and GO FAST PARTS.com within 24 hours of receipt.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. It is not always possible to cancel an order once has been sent to the distribution Center. If you request to cancel your order or items on your order we will attempt to perform a cancellation if your request is within twenty-four hours of placing the order. Only cancellations processed via our toll free phone number will be processed. No Voice Mail Or Email requests are valid cancellations. All cancellations, like returns, must have a RGA# assigned by a customer Service Agent to be valid and to ensure proper credit is given. Your Customer Service Agent will advise you of any charges (*) there may be at the time a RGA # is assigned. *If your order has not been processed by one of our customer service representatives at the time of your cancellation no charge will be made. *On orders that have been processed or approved to be sent to Distribution Center, you may be charged a handling charge. *If your order has been shipped, no refunds will be made unless due to an error on the part of our Company. * If you refuse an order that is sent to you and you were not instructed to do so by a Customer Service Agent during the Cancellation Process you will be responsible for all outbound and return freight costs, a handling charge and if the product is not recovered 100% of the retail for the item.
Why such a strict policy?
Simple. Your order is sent to the Distribution Center as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order has been routed to the Distribution Center it is very difficult to stop the shipment especially if the Distribution Center is in a different time zone. For this reason we cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled Also large Distribution Centers run on very strict systems to ensure order accuracy. If an unknown item all of a sudden shows up at a Distribution Center loading dock it causes many problems as there is not the proper paperwork there to handle the return. Some returns may get lost. Other returns require a large amount of Supervisor level personal attention which is very expensive.
The liability of GO FAST PARTS.com for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to the full refund of the purchase price, or at GO FAST PARTS.com's option, repair or replacement of the parts(s). GO FAST PARTS.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. GO FAST PARTS.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions regarding copy, photography, applications or pricing.
